Guiding principle
rabitmoon is built for clear visual communication. We protect creative control, platform integrity and honest use at every step.
1. Monthly plans
Starter, Creator and Studio are monthly subscriptions. The selected plan renews automatically each month until cancelled. The current plan price and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
2. Credits and renewal
Each successful paid billing period provides the plan’s AI credit allowance. Unused plan credits expire at the end of that period and do not roll over. Credit use depends on actual AI work.
3. Manage and cancel
Open the billing portal from your rabitmoon account to update your payment method or cancel. Cancellation timing and access through the current paid period are shown in the portal.
4. Refund requests
Contact hello@rabitmoon.com with your account email and transaction details to request review of a billing issue or refund. Refund eligibility is assessed under the applicable checkout and payment terms.
5. Billing questions
For a billing question, contact hello@rabitmoon.com with the account email and relevant transaction details. Never send full payment-card information by email.
